Hi.. The exact cause for you delivering preterm will be known only by your doctors. The general and most common cause for preterm delivery is preterm spontaneous rupture of the membranes.. Other causes that may have cause it may be infection or an uterine defect.. Get to know why this happened from your doctors and you may have the chance of preventing this again in the future..
