hello dear, Being thin is not a disease.
To increase your BMI, you must do the following-
eat a diet rich in carbohydrates and proteins.
milk daily.
egg daily.
germinated pulses and soyabeans.
high calorie foods like cheese, butter, cream , paneer
curds daily.
breakfast daily.
chicken, meat, fish consumption.
Above all exercise and stay happy.
U can take homoeopathis syrup alfa alfa or alfa malt.

To increase the body mass you have to take high protein,high calory diet.

Like milk,banana,pulses,cereals,dry fruits.

soyabean,makhani,dairy product will be helpful.

You can have non veg diet (if you are taking non veg).

Protein milk powder is easly available in the market.

Consult dietician for better planning.
Consult physician to rule out any disease.
