Welcome to HCM.
You can certainly increase your weight by eating food rich in protein and fat. If you are non-vegetarian eat meat. If vegetarian eat lot of fried things and add ghee to the rice.
Height cannot be increased after the age of 20 years, because the growing ends of long bones have already fused and cannot grow further.
Wish you all the best.

General & Family Physician Dr. P. Mahesh's  Response
Well, lack of appetite is the main reason for not gaining weight. But if you want to put on weight, you have no choice but to eat. Ice cream and all other items that you love eating, you should eat.
All those appetite increasing drugs are not really effective. What is required is a strong will to gain weight and eat normal food as medicine, even if you don't feel like eating.
