Hello sudhanshu;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Please tell whether you are married or no.Anyway as you said you have quick fall that is the discharge is early please see that the normal time of sex can be 3 mins.If you have that it is normal and if the discharge is early then also it should not be a disease.The reason is that you may have quick discharge if you are stressed;over excited;tired after work or work related pressure;if you are depressed.See if you have any of these problem and try to calm down.For better control you can do yoga as it will relax your mind and body also Kegel's exercise to strengthen pelvic muscle and even try a stop and start method.For details of the exercises please consult a doctor close by.In few days you will improve.
