i am 16 and i am having pimples on my face what should i do to reduce them? i am teenager so my parents suggest me not to take medicines. tell me what you suggest what medicine should i take? and correct my diet aswell.

medicine must be taken.keep bowel clear and have tab. allerin and gandhak rasayn bd and trifla at night. donot go with lot of applications.
