You are suffering from Menopausal syndrome with psorriasis, both conditions are chronic leading to Depression. You have to keep patience and take treatment for both conditions and consult psychiatrist for depression.
In big cities there are classes for menopause, so attend the menopause clinic and take advise from them.

I had been taking minivelle 0.1 mg twice a week. I decided to go off of them for a while. After about 3 months of not using them, I couldn t take the hot flashes, sweats, and had anxiety. I have been using them again for 3 days and none of my menopausal symptoms have eased up. Why are they not working now? When I first started taking them, the relief was almost instant.

Hello, I am 39, had a tubal ligation 15 yrs ago. I only have one ovarie, which was the case with my two daughters (17,15). I have had many intestinal surgeries and with one of them it was discovered that the tube without the ovarie was not clipped but the other is. I am now 7days late and am experiencing exhaustion, breast tenderness and emotional with no cycle in sight. I am having sharp lower abd pain that is very unusual and sporadic as well as lower backache. Is it possible I am pregnant?
Had a mass in my uterus. The Dr.s thought it could possibly be a cancer. After tests ( blood) were negative for cancer markers and biopsy was normal, the gyn doc sent me to a oncologist gyn. He said ,the oncologist, that he thought it was a fibroid about 5cm and to wait and see if it grew. (First gyn doc said it was as big as a soft ball?). Three weeks later bladder pressure sent me back to the oncologist. He recommended a total hysterectomy in case it was cancer (99.9% it wasn't cancer ) and even if it was just a large fibroid , it was guaranteed I would grow another fibroid even though I am way past menopause. So I had the surgery. 8 weeks ago. Still have a deep pain at the end of urination Urine tested clear. Doesn't feel like an infection anyway. Also have a lot of pain when walking. Having terrible heat flashes at night, worse than during menopause. Also losing my hair, nails brittle, skin dry, i am so physically tired i can hardly function, not sleepy, just can hardly put one foot in front of other, and have zero mental ambition. The oncologist told me my hot flashes have nothing to do with my hysterectomy, neither do my hair, skin and nail problems, and I just need to wait to heal. She also told me 3 times that she was 1) an oncologist working with sick people, 2) treating patients with chemo 3) didn't have time to spend with me, as I don't have a cancer, and she has better things to do. Also told me women produce negligible hormones after menopause and taking my ovaries have zero to do with any symptoms I may have. I was very angry. I did not ask to go to this Dr., and felt like she wanted me to apologize for not having a cancer.. I have no idea if I was getting the straight facts from her . Wher do I go from here? Just give up?

I saw my primary care for what I thought might be constipation ... regular (1x day) but small bm and bloating that makes me look pregnant. Xray refuted my theory so doc ordered cat scan(abdominal to pelvic ) and bllod work....no concerns. What was noted was uneven endometrial thickening. 18 months ago uterine polyp removed after 30+ days of heavy bleeding. Onset of menstruation age 10/11. No period since April 2013 and only 4 or 5 total since removal of polyp. Age 46, muscular but overweight(195) at 5 9 . Doc says most perimenopausal women will have uneven endometrial thickening. Ultrasound scheduled in November....is this the best hypothesis....also hx of uterine cysts. Thank you Melisa
