What Medicine To Take For Abdominal Pain And During Passing Urine And Stool?
My ovaries hurt and I don't know what's wrong. I frequently need to pee but struggle to get it out. I also struggle emptying my bowls. It hurts during intercourse or inserting a tampon. I have yellow smelly discharge. I'm extremely tired and my periods have gotten heavier. I have pains just under my belly button to the left. And sometimes I get pain shots in my vagina and just a little bit above it. I don't know what's wrong at all. Someone please help me

You are suffering from pelvis inflammatory disease.
You have to get yourself checked by a Gynecologist and Gastro-Surgeon.
You need to undergo Ultrasonography of abdomen, pelvis and transvaginal USG to get a proper diagnosis. This will lead us to a proper treatment plan. With proper antibiotic cover you will get alright. Keep in mind the possibility to undergo surgery if indicated.
