Good Morning, Sir: Let me help you with your query which requires an extensive answer. In the public arena, the doctors frequently suggest a low fat, low carbohydrate version of the DASH DIET. A Blood Pressure (BP) of 150/100 if very high and needs to be lowered as soon as possible. If you are not on blood pressure meds I would immediately say increase potassium (fresh fruits/vegies) reduce sodium to less than 1500 mg per day. Your doctor should probably put you on a statin medication along with 200 mg of coenzyme Q10 to replete this nutrient to protect your muscles. Increase your water soluble fibers to drag the fat out (oatmeal, lentils, pulses), decrease saturated fat, eliminate trans fat, add omega 3 fatty acids (check closely for purity), . Your triglycerides are 229 instead of less than 150 - that fat needs a differed diet with emphasis on consuming limited starches preferably water soluble and low glycemic load. I agree with the doctor prescribing a statin for hyperlipidemia as your LDL (bad cholester is high at 151 instead of less than 100 or 70 depending on other health conditions). You ask what medication to stabilize your lipids and blood pressure. Take the medications your doctor prescribed. What you should be asking is what should I eat and how can I change my lifestyle to live a healthier and happier life? Good luck with your therapeutic lifestyle change - the new you!
