sir i have a problem of hair fall from 3 years their is any mediciene for recovery hair and stop if yes then pls advice me or not then what i do..?

hi ravi
hair loss may be due to
-nutritional factor
-thyroid dysfunction
u need to find out cause and treat it accordingly.
do regular exercise ,yoga to fight stress
eat high protein diet
avoid oily and spicy food
dont let ur hair too wet for long time
avoid going in sunny and dusty environment
better to consult dermatologist
u can take tab biotin for better result
minoxidil has good result and to be taken after doctor advise.

1) Topical application of.. ..Minoxidil 5% and Aminexil combined lotion.,
2) Tab...Boitin 10 mg daily for 20 days..,
3) Plenty of vegetables and fresh fruits..,
4) Plenty of oral fluids..,ok...good luck.,
