Dear Jenn thanks for choosing health care magic.See many sick members in family one by one favors viral cause. The symptoms favors this also. You can take analgesic for throat pain and fever.Drink lots of fluids, take light diet and take rest.Avoid hot and fried foods and cold drinks. You can do hot water gargles and take steam inhalation too.this will in most of case solve the problem.take care.
