I will like that you get the cause of this pain investigated an managed accordingly as pain medications only relief the pains and not treat the underlying problem. With paracetamol and ibuprofen not being able to control the pains, you ay require a more potent pain medication like codeine and tramadol. This would require that your prescribing doctor orders this as they are all prescription medications. Also, ask your doctor whether physical therapy could be of help to you. I hope this helps.
