I am a 52 year old female, 148 lbs with 22 year history of fibromyalgia and a presumptive diagnosis of MS in 1995. I have been fairly stable with both conditions - learning to live with them, etc. I take Lyrica, Savella, Amantadine, Klonapin and phamaceutical grade vitamins/minerals, fish oil, vitamin D, chondroitin and calcium supplements. Progression has been fairly slow for the MS. For the past year I have been having nerve issues starting in my left shoulder blade and creeping down my left arm and sometimes going up my neck and around to my forehead on the left side of my face. I go to a chiropractor regularly for adjustments, have had months of PT, but nothing really seems to make it go away. Lately, my lip and left side of my face quiver when I touch my face. A couple of times I have felt a numbness in my left cheek, but it only lasts a couple of hours. I saw my neurologist a few days ago and he is having me go for an MRI of my brain and cervical/thoracic C6-T6. What are we looking at?
