HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, history of accident and the present complaints has nothing to taka with each other, it seems to be multiple complaints and on other hand the investigative reports are unremarkable so it seems to be fibromyalgia and it is kind of functional disease.
If I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with "Gabapentin" patient has to come out of the stress, exercise is the best for this patient has to try swimming, yoga, aerobic exercise.
hope this information helps.
