my son is 2 yrs will be 3 in jan.he has been getting this type of rash that's kinda bumpy,really red only on the left hip ,I figured it was due to diapers,he was always a huggies kid so I had stop putting diapers and it was going away.a little,bit but now he's got it worst then before what could it be

Antifungal cream along with mild steroid application three times daily for about two weeks .
Antifungal dusting powder to be used regularly.
Avoid daipers.
