Hi my names Mark, I have bulging vains in my forehead and m temple, they are very prominent an won t go away they are there morning till night and its destroying my life style as a won t leave the house my family does everything for me I have not left the house for neally a year because of this what could this be that causes my vains to be so prominent I mean I am I fitness fanatic and I don t smoke are drink and I live an healthy lifestyle I eat the right foods. So I don t no why vains are so prominent. Please Help thanks.
