What Medication Is Advisable In Case Of Severe Lower Abdominal Pain?

I am on several pain meds r/t RSD & I told my pain Managent Dr. He took me of of any drugs that has Tonyl sorry for spelling. My abdomen can become inlarged sometimes, day- day, & other days it stays the same. The last 3 days I am having severe pain in my lower abdomen, on both sides back & front.

Hi.
Enlarged abdomen needs investigations to see the reason.
I would advise patients like this to consult a Gastro Surgeon and have minimum of X-ray of whole abdomen in standing position to see if there is any obstruction to the intestines. ( the commonest cause of distension).
Withdrawal of some medicines may cause abdominal disturbance but not so much of distension.
You have pain on both sides also.
