What Medical Condition Causes Dizziness And Lightheadedness?

Hi I went to the emergency last weekend because i felt i was having a heart attack or brain attack. They did blood work and everything came back fine. However i am still having issues where i am fine and all of a sudden i get dizzy light headed and feel like blacking out. My head feels blurry. I have had a concusion but i would like to know whats wrong. Can i get a response please. It feels like someone is squeezing my brain

Hello,

Many medical conditions may present like this. Few conditions I mentioned here are like BPPV or vestibular migraine or neuronitis or stroke or cardiac ischemia or postural hypotension etc.

How old are you? Since when you're suffering from this condition? You have to get it done blood pressure and blood sugar levels, ECG and MRI brain.

Use tablet Vertin 16 mg thrice a day for five days. Please consult your physician/neurophysician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
