Hi, im happy to help you and will try my best to answer your query,
If you are a teenager then black spots and pimples will decrease gradually , usually they result from hormonal imbalance, but you need to take care to prevent permanent spots on your face, for that you first need to stop squeezing this will cause spots.Drink plenty of water, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, wash your face as soon as you come from outside. You can apply local erytop ointment or use antibiotics tab erythromycin twice daily for 5 days.Use antibiotic soap like acnil or alovera soap.
Hope my advice will help you.
Take care
