What measures should I take to get good sleep at night ?

my age is 22 and weight is 67 hight is 5.4 ft My sleep schedule is really messed up and has always been and it is messing with my school life. I can only sleep in the day and not the night. On days I try to sleep at night, I am awake, and I can not sleep, because I have a lot of worries. I can only fall asleep when I am tired and not thinking. When I am sleeping I can not hear my alarm clock go off. One time I passed out for four hours, and my roommate said she was worried, because I was not responding to anything. I have sleep apnea and didn t get a good night s rest last night. This morning my blood pressure was 170 over 105 according to my home digital monitor. I did almost vomit, but it was more like that vomit reflex when you smell something rancid. Should staying home from work to get more sleep be enough to level myself out? I m 38, 5 10 230lbs. I don t smoke but occasionally I am exposed to second hand smoke. I drink maybe a few times a year. I don t use any illegal drugs, tend to avoid taking medications at all unless I NEED to and haven t used any OTC like Tylenol or aspirin in more than a month maybe.

I ve been in and out of my doctor s office all summer with a variety of complaints. Back pain, numbness/pressure in my thigh and then shoulder. upset stomach/queasiness, cramping. I ve had a lower back x-ray which was negative. Some blood tests to evaluate my thyroid and my doctor said to just see if anything looked off, all ok. And I was tested for a UTI. I m now in physical therapy, ostensibly to treat the back pain. And I have Xanax to take for sleeplessness and anxiety at night. I m willing to believe that I am anxious--but I really think it s because I don t feel well and I don t know what s wrong with me. I m a 27 year old female, generally very healthy, I eat well and exercise regularly (teach aerobics). And I d just like to feel better. As of late, I think I m having night sweats and I wake up throughout the night. The back pain is also now in my upper back and I have pressure, feeling of pushing on my ribs most of the time. Also, my normal temperature is around 96. I don t want to continue to haunt my dr s office, but should I be concerned?

I recently started feeling a fullness in my stomach, accompanied by the feeling of needing to burp (and not always burping) along with some trouble breathing (feeling as if I need to inhale deeply to get full breaths). These are the medications I am taking at the present time and i would like to know the side effects of them . Medications Synthroid - 112 ug - 1 daily Rabeprazole - 10 mg - 2 morning & evening, Ramipril - 5mg -1 in morning & 1 at bedtime Zoplicone 7.5 mg - I mostly take half a pill i have sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine Most mornings I wake up with a headache and am tired modest the day. have difficulty thinking - very foggy!
