Hi, welcome to health care magic forum,

well as you have mentioned that you have tried many treatments even Homeopathy, but i will again advice you to go for Homeopathic treatment as it is the only mode of treatment where you can get cure for your child, i do not know why my fellow Homeopathic physician failed to give your daughter cure, but it is not the dead end, you should concern some other Homeopathic physician, as it is safest treatment with no harm full effects, as in case of other treatments, also there will no re occurrence of the disease once after cured.

Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist Dr. Sumit Bhatti's  Response
1. Get an X-ray skull lateral view for adenoid hypertrophy and an X-ray PNS (Para Nasal sinuses) Water's view done.
2. If an X-ray was done last winter when she was diagnosed, e-mail all these images / photographs (from a backlit x-ray viewer) to doctor@healthcaremagic.com with 'Attn: Dr. Sumit Bhatti' in the subject line.
3. She probably gets cough due to a post nasal drip from the maxillary sinuses which fill up during the day and start emptying towards evening, especially after lying down.
4. Add supervised steam inhalation and a mucolytic to her treatment after consulting your doctor.

Pulmonologist Dr.Ketankumar Chaudhary's  Response
1. THERE ARE TWO POSSIBILITIES IN THIS CASE 1) ALLERGIC BRONCHITIS AGGREVATED BY ALLERGANS IN EVENING TIME. 2) PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS.
2. GO FOR CLINICAL EXAMINATION AT THE TIME OF ATTACK, X RAY CHEST, ESR , CBC , URINE R M , THAT WILL HELP IN DIAGNOSIS.
3. CONT. TREATMENT AS PER ADVISE.
