Welcom to HCM,
Take fat free diet and moderate
carbohydrate.
Avoid
cold drinks,sweets, more tea and coffee.
Take more green veggies and fresh fruits.
Take more slads and veg soup.
Do regular exercise like running,swimming etc.
Do abdominal muscle exercise.
in between two meals do not take any thing or if you feel hungry take salads.
