hi, good afternoon. i always have acne on my t-zone area before my period ..if night comes my face are oily..what are the best thing to do to prevent this? thank you.. streidha

Hi...dear Streidha... Maryeden..,
Thanks for choosing HCM.,
ACNE VULGARIS...common in this age..,
due to hyperactivity of hormones...intake of oily food, stress& strain..,
exaggerated the condition...
So 1) Frequent washes with Triclosan soap..,
2) Take low oily diet....plenty of green leafy vegetables..
and fresh fruits...,
3) Tab..Azithromycin 250 mg for 3 days..,
4) Tab..Isotretinoin...10 mg for 30 days..,
5) Topically aplly 1% Clindamycin 2 times daily for 30 days..,
