What May Cause Burning Sensation On The Head Of The Penis?

I was dry humping my girlfriend (something we do regularly) but this time it was different. My penis started hurting so we stopped as I couldn t carry on. I went to the bath room to check it and I saw a small friction type burn on the head of my penis. I have had these before due to over masturbation. But I have recently checked and the head of the penis (around the slit in the tip) is a brown bruised colour. Does this mean I have something wrong with my penis?
