What May Be The Reason For Slow Beating Of Heart?

When I woke up this morning I felt really sick like I was going to throw up. I still feel like this and now my heart is beating really slow! It worries me. I have been known to have panick attacks before but everytime i have my heart would be really fast. So I don t think that is what is wrong. Also, I have a slight heart murmur if that helps.

hi;
Feeling sick in morning should be due to some other reason.A normal persons heart beats can be between 70-90/min .check that with yours & it may be normal.It can happen that at rest the heart rate is low & if you exert it will increase.If you are young then i hope no need to worry;as for the murmur if it is not from your childhood it should not be a worry.
thanks
