Hello,

As every lab reports have come out to be normal I think you should look for an x-ray of the knee. As due to the early changes in the joint there might be a pathomechanical changes which go unnoticed due to muscle weakness present.

I will advise doing some simple exercises like - static hamstring, static Quadriceps and ankle toe movements. Also, perform reverse walking and toe walking.

Please see if there are any changes in the swelling. If so then it is a pure muscle weakness which may occur due to muscle weakness and sedentary lifestyles.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
