Hello, I'm 19 years old and I find that I tire easily from activities like walking up 3 flights of stairs or doing a few push ups. My weight is close to borderline overweight, but I was wondering if this was a serious health problem like an underlying heart problem or if it's just me being at an unhealthy weight. I'm a bit paranoid because both sides of my family have a history of diabetes and heart problems.
I understand your concern. Regarding to your symptoms, your problem is connected with your weight. You should try to go on a diet and loose some weight. This will help you to feel better but also minor your fear of getting diabetes or heart problems. My suggestion is to loose weight and simultaniously try to make some excercise. At first you will feel tired very soon after you start with your excercise, but after some time you will need much more time for feeling tired.
