Hi,

Sperm leakage or semen leakage without any sexual activity can be caused by several factors, including physical and psychological causes. Some of the common causes are:
* Prostate problems: In some cases, prostate problems such as inflammation or infection can cause semen leakage.
* Urinary tract infections (UTIs): UTIs can cause inflammation in the prostate gland, which can lead to semen leakage.
* Stress and anxiety: Emotional stress and anxiety can affect the body's hormonal balance, leading to premature ejaculation or semen leakage.
* Hormonal imbalance: An imbalance in hormones, such as testosterone and estrogen, can affect sexual function and lead to semen leakage.
* Certain medications: Some medications, such as antidepressants and blood pressure medications, can affect sexual function and lead to semen leakage.

To address this issue, it is important to determine the underlying cause. It is recommended to see a healthcare provider for evaluation and treatment options. In the meantime, practicing stress-reducing techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, and exercise may help to manage symptoms. Also, seeking therapy may help to address any underlying psychological issues contributing to the problem.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
