What Leads To Severe Hip Pain?

Hi I am a 42 yr old female and I have bad hip pain so bad when I stand or walk it feels like my femoral head is going to pop out of the socket it hurts even when I am sitting down and laying down. I had an MRI and xrays and they Dr. says they were all normal but the pain is just getting worse every day. what should I do next?

Welcome. Have you observed your menopause? Around this age group females have bone and joint issues sometimes. Please don't feel sad and consult an orthopaedic Surgeon who will peep into the matter and diagnose what wrong inside. Have a nice time and get well soon.
