1.Check thyroid test, hypothyroidism
can lead to obesity.
2.Follow Pevzner's diet 8:avoid butter,lots oil,eat less bread,roties,sweets.
3.Don't eat afer 6p.m.,just drink water and eat fruits.
4.Do exercises,swimming,walking regularly,use stairs
5.Drink water before meal,use olive oil 1 tbs 2 tmes in a day with soup,salads, drink flax seeds during 2 months(1 tbs boil with 2 glasses of water,drink 1/2 glass 3 times before meal).
