What Is Yeast Infection?

what is a yeast infection? Can vaginal itching in a diabetic type 2 be a change in blood sugar. Three months ago my A1C was 6.7. I am 72 and thought it was dry vaginal. Hysterectomy (everything) years ago. No cancer. Thought I would try monistat, but don t know if I have a yeast infection or not.

I really appreciate your concern, if the person is having diabetes then it is chances of having fungal infection of genital particularly in female patient, here blood sugar need to be control on tight rule basis and antifungal can be used, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
