What Is Treatment For Small Follicles And Ecogenic Stroma?
Hi.this is Madhuri. Im 25 yrs 5'7 60kg. I have been suffering from acne for the past 5-6 months. I got my ultrasonography test done and found that both ovaries show small peripherally placed follicles with ecogenic stroma. what does that mean? What will be the treatment.

This is an indicator of PCOS..Is there irregular cycles? If you have regular cycles with no other symptoms like hirsuitism, you need not do anything.. If you have irregular cycles, then only you need treatment for PCOS.. Hope I have answered your query.. Good day..
