What Is Treatment For Ocular Manifestations Of Shabbir S Syndrome?

A patient was referred to me by Dermatologist for ocular manifestations of Shabbir Syndrome. This 14 year old girl had a globular shaped granulation tissue with attachments in right upper temporal fornix and extending onto cornea causing opacification. It is there for last 5 years and its size at times increases and then decreases. What is treatment, should I go for excisional biopsy or just lubrication and refraction

artificial tear drop may be applied. for rest of problem steroid drop may be applied it isa autosomal recessive epithelial dis order, generally prevalent in Punjabi Muslim population since its heriditary disorder , symptomatic treatment may be given
