A week After having intercourse during my ovulation cycle I noticed thick creamy eggwhite discharge is this a sign that I could be pregnant

Thick creamy discharge does not indicate that you may be pregnant. This could be the normal vaginal discharge in the post-ovulation period.
However, if it persists, do consult a gynecologist as the discharge may be due to a fungal infection.
