Hi Anne, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
You are suffering from Anxiety secondary to Asthma. You should be getting yourself examined by a Physician and let him know your Asthmatic status, so that he can examine you thoroughly and Prescribe medications to keep your symptoms under good control. You may want to take your medications as directed by your Doctor and go for regular follow up as the treatment requires constant adjusting of doses depending upon your response to the treatment. Avoid triggers that cause your symptoms, use air conditioner which reduces the airborne pollen from entering your home. Maintain optimal humidity if you live in a Damp climate and clean your Home off dust once a week by wearing a face mask and always wear it when you move out of your Home. If you are allergic to Pet dander remove them from home if possible if they have feathers or fur.
Exercise regularly for an hour daily and eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy veggies. Maintain a healthy weight. Practice relaxation techniques like Yoga and Meditation.

Wish you Good Health, Take Care.

hello. for about 1.5 months, i ve had several symptoms and no diagnosis. my hands, feet, and knees are very cold to touch, i have significant negative afterimages in vision and have become sensitive to bright light, and there is tingling in my left arm. some of these symptoms have reduced in severity over this time. at the onset, sitting for any length of time caused my legs to go to sleep . have seen a doctor who tells me it s anxiety related. while i was panicky at the beginning of this adventure, i m not nearly as worried. the symptoms persist, which makes me think it s not anxiety.

Hi, I’m a 26 year old female. I have noticed that for several years I have an excessive amount of energy and need to go out and do something when I wake up, but as the day continues, I lose total motivation. If I don’t do something right in that moment of energy, I will most likely end up doing nothing. I don’t know if this is related to my anxiety and depression (although I am not full on depressed, I am just as frequently hyped up as I am depressed) or something else. I have never been tested for any kind of attention disorder but I am wondering if this is possible. I also procrastinate on tasks, such as schoolwork, until the very last minute and get distracted easily from it. Other times I get really focused (usually because I am at the end of a deadline). I also have sleeping issues. I will often stay up throughout the night, sometimes being ok with a couple of hours of sleep and other times sleeping 10-12. I know I can’t get an official diagnosis, but an opinion on what it sounds like will be helpful.

I am an ER nurse and I had one incident where I felt like I was going to pass out and now since then almost every time I am assisting in a bloody or invasive procedure or even cleaning out a large open wound I get nervous I m going to have that feeling again and I usually will get light headed, feel hot and sweaty and heart will feel like it s pounding. I have never actually passed out so don t know if this is just anxiety or if I will eventually pass out. Any suggestions of how to get over this? Have you heard of anyone doing hypnotherapy for situations like this?

I am experiencing worse sinus allergy symptoms than usual for past 2 days. Unable to sleep last night due to feelings of intense anxiety (unusual for me). Shortness of breath all day today with very sharp pain under left shoulder blade, not relieved by change of position or by relaxation exercises. It hurts very much to take a breath so I keep having to yawn as chest is tight (hurts a lot to yawn!). My job is physically active but walking is tiring today.
