Gastroenterologist 's  Response
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM).

Painless outgrowth near anal verge can be skin tag (or anal tag). They may arise due to inflammation, anal injury or after treatment for a haemorrhoid.
They are usually not risk to health, however may cause problems in maintaining cleanliness after using the toilet or they may get inflammed. I will advise you to get it confirmed by your doctor to rule out other pathology

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Remain in touch and get-well soon.
