What is this painful bump below my 5 month old daughters left rib ?

Hi,my 5month old baby girl s pediatrician felt a bumb just below her left rib.he suspects its the spleen .when she feeds,that exact part rumbles and sometimes you notice she is in pain.should i be worried?

It seems that baby is having speenomegaly.
This requires evaluation,
you go for investigations and treatment as per your pediatrician
It will be alright.
