General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic

These are enlarged axillary (armpit) lymph nodes and the condition is called axillary lymphadenopathy. It is most likely due to respiratory tract infection or any other infection above the diaphragm. Consult a physician for a physical examination and blood investigations to detect the cause of lymphadenopathy.
