hi, iam a 19 years old female i have a short menstrual period this month of about 2 days.but there is a dark black discharge that was associated with the cycle and still present few days after.what does that mean?

This could mean that your cycle is shortened due to some medical/hormonal disorder.If you are sexually active take a test and rule out pregnancy first.Then you need an pelvis examination and ultrasound.
