What Is The Yellow Mucous Discharge Post Sex?

I am 31 years old and 20 weeks and 3 days pregnant with my first baby. I am from the UK. I have not had sex with my husband for about 15 weeks but we did this morning. After laying still for about 45 mins I went to the bathroom, there was a lot of yellow mucous discharge which I have not had before. It has slowed down now (an hour later) but is still there. I am worried that sex may have caused a loss of my mucous plug or could this be normal discharge and is just my husbands semen mixed with my discharge? I have had no complications so far. Thank you.

THANKS FOR POSTING YOUR QUERY. SEX DURING PREGNANCY WILL NOT AFFECT THE BABY. THERE IS NO CAUSE TO WORRY IF IT ONLY MUCOUS. IF YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE THEN I SUGGEST TO CONSULT OB GYN TO ALLAY YOUR FEARS.
