Hi,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If you are 14 weeks pregnant, you can start receiving calcium supplements and also iron. You have been prescribed folic acid, methylcobalamine, vitamins and essential amino acids along with calcium and vitamin D3. They are considered safe in pregnancy. Please take adequate rest, healthy diet and regular follow up. The medications usually do not have much side effects. Calcium may cause constipation or diarrhea occasionally. This can be countered by diet management. Wish you safe motherhood.
