What Is The Use Of Endogest?

i am pregnent & my dr. had suggested 2 medicies i.e. endogest 100 3 times a day & biopreg-f 2 times a day. i just want to know what are these for & are they safe?

These drugs are possibly given to prevent early miscarriage chances. Have you been getting any spotting. Continue taking these medication and report if any lower abdominal pain and/or bleeding occurs immediately.

Biopreg- F is to prevent the child from certain malformations and neural tube defects.
Endogest is to supplement the placental function in the early pregnancy till placenta starts secreting progesterone on its own.
