What Is The Treatment To Reduce The Belly Fat?

I am 52, have always been very active but no matter what I do I can't get rid of belly fat above my navel. I exercise regularly doing pilates for the belly also. Would liposuction help...if so, what would something like that cost? Or is there a specific supplement targeting the above navel belly fat?

Hello and thanks for your question.
The best way to cut down on belly fat is to cut down on carbohydrates in your diet. Carbs are sugars (including fruit sugars) and starches such as bread, pasta, potatoes and rice. The exercises you are doing are also helpful. Liposuction could work. It usually costs $3000 to $8000 depending upon the doctor.
