What Is The Treatment Protocol For Glioblastoma Multiforme?

Hi, My father has been operated for Glioblastoma Grade-4 on 4 Feb, 2011. According to neurosurgeon, he removed 100% of the tumor. Now he is going to be treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. But before making any decision I want to make sure about necessity of chemotherapy. He is 61 year old and physically fit. Please advice me about the proper treatment for Glioblastoma Grade-4.
