Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As medicine therapy will help to reduce the joint inflammation and also help to keep the condition under the control. But the process of the condition might lead to joint pains, stiffness, reduced joint range of motion, muscle weakness etc.

I will advise starting physiotherapy along with the medicine so the body becomes more controlled, strong and stable joints. The exercises will help to reduce the joint compression occurring due to muscle weakness and thereby avoid the pain and inflammation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
