ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
He seems to have adenoids hypertrophy.
Adenoids are tonsils behind the nose and which can block the nose.
There are two ways of treating it---
Surgery--Adenoidectomy surgery which can be done under general anaesthesia ;
Nasal sprays--Like steroid nasal sprays --like mometasone nasal spray and normal saline spray in addition to it.
Get ENT consultation and discuss with your doctor and decide.
In doubt do reply.
