What Is The Treatment Of Pins And Needles On Arm ?

Hi had pins and needles for about 5 weeks now in my left arm and hand been in hospital twice they didn t know if I had a stroke had tests and MRI everything is fine I didn t have a stroke at the moment still have the some feeling haven t improved much still worried what do you think what s going on will it go away I have had enough feeling like this its been to long thanks Sandra

Hi,

It may be due to neuralgia or poor circulation. Consult the physician or surgeon for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. Also get test for serum vitamin B12...if low, take inj. Vitamin B 12 IM daily for few days. For neuralgia pregabalin 100 mg tablets and for poor circulation vasodilator like cap trental 400 may be considered.
