Hi,

I have noted a mild anemia in your blood test, together with high ESR which is suggesting any inflammation in your body. Taking into account your symptoms of leg pain and fatigue, it might be due to arthritis.

Arthritis tests should run further including (rheumatoid factor, ASLO). Depending on the tests results, should start appropriate treatment. For the moment, should take anti-inflammatory medicines you find over the counter, and take magnesium supplement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
