Hi
Welcome to health care magic,

I have read all your history and questions regarding your friend.

All these symptoms are chest pain and indigestion could be due to stomach upset which also might have caused his dizziness.

Stomach upset and dizziness is likely due to gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome or acute gastritis but here there is no need to worry as it can be cured by medications and diet.

His alcohol and smoking with tobacco habit could also be contributing factor for indigestion and dizziness.

He should go for routine blood tests and stool examination with ultrasound abdomen.

He should take antacids (pantoprazole) available over the counter with antibiotics (ofloxacin with ornidazole) and other symptomatic treatment like digestive enzymes, prebiotics.

For antibiotics,he will require prescription from some local doctor.

Avoid oily, spicy and non-veg foods for at least 3 to 5 days and must not take alcohol.

He will feel better within 3 to 5 days of this medications.

He may consult some local physcian who will know about the tests and can start antibiotic medications.
