Hello dear Understand your concern. You have small stone in the ureter and prostate enlargement. You are on the correct treatment. I would suggest to take medicine under the advise of urologist. Advise for the prostate enlargement: Void in sitting position Continue to take Tamsulosin 4 mg per day: it will help in improve urinary flow. - Finasteridine can be used : decreased DTH level and regress the prostate For stone: Continue to take potassium citrate. You can also take diuretics drug like spironolactone: that will help to excretion of the stone with urine.
