What Is The Treatment Of Dizziness ?

every time i stand up i get very dizzy and light headed for about a minute. i wouldn't say i black out because i can see colors they just seem to all merge together. this has been happening for about 2 weeks now and i don't know why . can you help give me an idea of what it could be please?

Hi

Your symptoms could be related to orthostatic hypotension. Chronic anemia or dehydration could also trigger this clinical situation. Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with your GP for a physical exam and some tests: - a Head Up Tilt test for orthostatic hypotension- complete blood count for anemia- blood electrolytes.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
